However, please remember, that all items we fabricate for you are custom made to your specifications including the fabric you select, options you make, and the measurements you give us. Therefore, we can only accept returns for defects caused by us. SheerLace Curtain Company, Inc. also guarantees our customers, if we are in doubt about your order, we will call you and confirm your order specifications within two days of your order. Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with our products, we will gladly refund your purchase price. Within 7 days after receiving your order and if you are not satisfied please call 1-877-777-9970 to request your refund. SheerLace Curtain Company, Inc. will send you a prepaid and self addressed package to assist you in returning the unsatisfactory product. Upon our receipt of the product SheerLace Curtain Company, Inc. will refund 100% of the purchase price.
Shipping: We do not charge for shipping, we only charge an $8.00 handling fee per order. We use USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days. All rod orders use Fed Ex ground and ship in 5 -7 days.
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your order, you have 24 hours from the time that you place the order on our site to cancel. This is policy with all orders, there are no exceptions . This is because we manufacture in house and after 24 hours your order is cut and put into the fabrication process. Production Time:All fabrication products are custom made to your specifications. Normal staging and production time is 3 to 5 days. Shipping takes another 2 – 3 days. You can expect to receive your custom products in approximately 10 days. Holidays and our seasonal peak times of the year and may affect normal production schedule. If a fabric is on back order, we will notify you within 2 days and if you do not want to wait, we will cancel your order and refund your payment. If you are under a tight schedule we will expedite service in the workroom at no extra cost. Overnight shipping is available with an additional fee. Please call 1-877-777-9970. Fabric samples are sent by first class mail in 1 – 2 working days from date of order. Color and Texture: Colors and textures on this website or on your computer monitor may vary slightly from the actual materials. We recommend that your order free fabric samples before placing your order. Keep in mind that dye lots from fabric roll to fabric roll may be slightly different. SheerLace Curtain Company, Inc. does not send out curtains cut from two different fabric rolls on the same order. We will cut the fabric for multiple panels from the same fabric roll.
